How We Communicate
Morning and Afternoon Handover – A friendly, in-person catch-up at drop-off and collection: share the day’s highlights, pass on any last-minute notes, and ask quick questions.
Daily Moments and updates – Room post updates of the day’s play and learning, alongside essentials such as meals eaten, naps taken, and nappy changes.
Monthly Children Observations – Twice each month you’ll receive a richer observation that tracks your child’s progress and next steps.
Two‑Way Messaging – Message your child’s key person or the office through the app or email whenever you have news, queries, or urgent updates.
Monthly Newsletter – Every month we publish a newsletter outlining each room’s upcoming learning for the month, as well as key dates, useful resources, and home-learning ideas.
Parent Meetings - Following mid-year and end-of-year reports, we invite you to a one-to-one meeting with your child’s key worker for an in-depth conversation about development and goals.
